A surprising fact

This is Nonjudgementally, where our aim is to share authentic stories of living, managing and thriving with ADD / ADHD, and remove the stigma associated with it.

There are approximately 352 million people in the world with ADD / ADHD - that's greater than the population of the United States. I strongly feel it's time to help everyone realise just how normal this condition is, just over one in 25 people you meet will have it.

This site will host interviews with people who have ADD / ADHD, finding out how they live and what their experience has been. They'll share insights and advice, as well as help normalise ADD / ADHD by talking openly about it.
